We quote an universal gear tester for shaft parts including spline testing of
FRENCO. This tester from 2007 has the type URM-R HGA and is a horizontal tester
with tailstock and automatic measuring cycle. There are 6 measuring heads
adapted and can measure parameters like:
– dimension over balls (min./max./average)
– runout of gears according to centres
– Excentricity
– pitch deviations with correlation to excentricity
The max. lenght of shaft is 750mm and max. diameter up to 240mm.
There are used encoders of HEIDENHAIN and pneumatic by FESTO.
